Shipping policy
We offer FREE Standard Shipping On Orders Over $79.
Note: Due to over a month of strikes by Canada Post, a significant backlog of parcels and mail needs to be processed. At this stage, delivery times to Canada remain unstable, and there may be delays in order deliveries.

Note:
- Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than those to normal areas.
- After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Due to seasonal increases in volume during the peak seasons, you may experience slight delays.
- In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, invalid address, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
- If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
- All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Order Tracking Information
Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email
- Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
- Click the tracking number in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Jewyee Customer Service so that we can get you sorted. To contact us, please send an email to info@jewyee.com. Due to the time difference, it may take up to 12 hours for us to reply to you.
If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting An Order
You can change the shipping address by contacting Jewyee Customer Service before your order is shipped. Please send an email with your request to info@jewyee.com. Please understand that we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
Cancel An Order
You can only cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, your order will start processing.
