Refund policy
Note: Our bras and underwear products are considered final sale due to hygiene reasons, and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact info@jewyee.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 15 days from the date of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase and the return shipping charges are non-refundable. Jewyee reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a return that does not meet the above requirements at Jewyee’s sole discretion.
Cancel An Order
You can only cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, your order will start processing.
